Store Policies

Return Policy:   

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please e-mail command@visuallink.com for a Return Authorization request within 3 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless DOA. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorization. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 30% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory. If a mistake was made by the Command Center then the return shipping will be refunded to the buyer.

 

Shipping Policy:

Q: What are your shipping costs?


A: Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before making payment. They are based on a dollar percentage. If you feel the shipping cost are to high please e-mail us and we will review your sale.

International Buyers must e-mail their order to us for review. We will send out a detailed invoice to pay from. We only accept Paypal for international Buyers. We may alter the shipping details after you pay.

Q: How do you ship?

A: We try to ship all orders within 24hrs and use USPS as our primary shipper. You will receive Delivery Confirmation via e-mail. 85 % of orders ship from our Clear Brook, Va. store. Orders may be split or drop shipped for speed of delivery due to stock on hand.

Q: I bought an item on eBay and I found it cheaper on one of your sites.   

A: We must pay eBay to list and sell the items. On average eBay items cost at least 15% more and also include shipping. We will not refund the difference because of already paying the additional fees through eBay.

 

 

 

Feedback Policy:

 

We use an automatic system which leaves postive feedback once we receive it. If their is a problem with an order email us at command@visuallink.com with the authorization # and the problem.

Do Not send us mail through eBay as we do not monitor that system.

 

 

Order Status:

 

Q: How can I view the status of my order?


A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page on our web site www.thecommandcenterwinchester.com  This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. If your item is backordered or has not shipped it will show up in the delivery/shipping field blank.
